In this new strain, the parent genetics collide, creating an up-and-soaring high with a terpene profile that tastes like blue lemonade.

Lineage: believed to be OG Kush X Sour Diesel (sources say this cut has a Super Skunk-esque flavor)

Historical Context: Humboldt County, CA, has a long history of cultivators migrating to the area to capitalize on the ideal growing conditions, a time before indoor growing was widely popular. The influx of experienced cultivators coming to the area has given the county a reputation for producing some of the best-quality cannabis in the West. This strain emerged in the early 2000s, quickly gaining recognition for its potent effects.

Original breeder/first seed popped: not confirmed, believed to have originated in Humboldt County, CA, and was grown by Loompa Farms, DNA Genetics, or “Weasel”, in the early 2000s.

Flavor and bake description: Its aroma and flavor are a mix of gassy, diesel-like notes, accompanied by notes of citrus and a hint of spice. Potent relaxing effect, with pain relieving qualities, and some users claim a relaxing, slight pressure on their forehead, giving it the name “headband”.

Apple Crisp was an accidental cross found in a cross-pollination inside the Nimbus Test Grow. The accidental breeding happens with Apple and Bananas, a strain that produces seeds with a high volume of pollen during its maturation period. Known as a "bag weed", this cross with an unknown strain created Apple Crisp. Cracked in-house, this indica-leaning plant creates a terpene profile that tastes like Granny Smith apples and a sit-back-and-relax high. Apple Crisp has become a staple, earning the 2025 NECANN Cup 3rd Place Trophy in the Pre-roll Category.

Yep, the name 'Royale with Cherries' is inspired by the famous opening scene from the film Pulp Fiction and quarter-pounders from France. While it comes from "French roots", this strain was first cultivated in the Emerald Triangle in Northern California. Its taste comes in as typical Royal Kush sprinkled with hints of cherry. Flavor with the essence of "French cuisine."

Lineage: Supposedly same as AJ Sour Diesel, believed to have both Chem and Super Skunk genetics, total genetic background is a mystery, maybe diesel x diesel

Historical Context: Sour Diesel was the weed everyone looked for in NYC in the early/mid 90’s. The first taste of good weed, originally thought to be laced because it tasted so good. NYC in the 90’s was a war between Sour’s (diesel) and Haze’s, this strain was part of that back and forth battle. This strain quite possibly changed the expectations of flavors present in premium cannabis from the 90s onward.
